The Indiana Hoosiers move on to face VCU after defeating New Mexico State, 79-66.
The Hoosiers came out smoking in the second half, rattling off seven layups that left the Aggies trying to force things at the other end just to keep up.
IU guard Jordan Hulls made back-to-back three-pointers to put Indiana up 21 midway through the second half…. New Mexico State didn’t go easy though, rallying to within 12 points.
Hulls finished with a game-high 20 points including four of six three-pointers…. Freshman Cody Zeller was one of three Hoosiers to finish with 14 points along with six steals, and five rebounds.
