The 102nd running of the Indianapolis 500 takes place this Sunday at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Ed Carpenter Racing’s Ed Carpenter has the pole for this year’s race.

Starting next to him on row one will be the Team Penske duo of Simon Pagenaud and Will Power.

Dale Coyne Racing’s Conor Daly will start 33rd in this year’s race. Daly stopped by Spectrum News on Tuesday and spoke with Andrew Chernoff about this year’s event:

The 2018 Indianapolis 500 will be Daly’s fifth time taking part in the “500.”
