Sacred Heart girls tennis player Carrie Beckman won the 2018 KHSAA Girls’ Tennis Singles Championship in May.

She defeated her teammate Ellie Eades in the championship match.

Spectrum News’ Gary Fogle caught up with Beckman to see how she trains in order to find success on the court:

Beckman’s title was the first girls singles state title for Sacred Heart since 1991.
