H.S. FOOTBALL | Louisville Metro Wins Best Of Bluegrass All-Star Game

Louisville’s metro team defeated the Kentucky team in the annual “Best of Bluegrass” all-star game Sunday at St. X’s field 21-7.

Louisville owns the series 5-2.

The first touchdown of the game came from Bowling Green’s Clark Payne when he connected with Christian County’s Keyron Catlett in the first quarter.

Louisville struck next, when Waggener’s Larry Harper found Male’s B.K. Smith. They connected again before halftime to make the score 14-7 heading into the locker rooms.

The final score of the game came from Fern Creek’s Kyree Hawkins on a rushing touchdown.
