H.S. FOOTBALL | Lou. Central with Momentum Heading into Second Round Playoff Game

11/10/2016 07:00 PM

The Louisville Central High School football team had a slow start to its 2016 season, but has bounced back nicely.

The Yellowjackets lost their first four games of the season, including losses to DuPont Manual and St. X.

Since then, they have won six of their last seven games, and have advanced to the second round of the KHSAA playoffs.

Central will play Boyle County Friday night, with the winner moving on to the third round.

The Yellowjackets are looking to get back to the 3A state championship game for the fifth time in seven years.
