H.S. FOOTBALL | Kickoff Kentucky Featuring Mayfield

The Mayfield Cardinals have been a force in Kentucky High School football with a total 12 State Championships and 21 Championship appearances. As one of the all-time winningest programs in the state, they haven’t had a losing record since 1963. The current senior class already has two state titles under their belts.

Last season, the Cardinals finished with a 13-1 record, one game shy of the state finals, falling to the eventual 2-A State Champions in Christian Academy of Louisville.

For Mayfield, a 13-1 season isn’t quite good enough.
