H.S. FOOTBALL | Kickoff Kentucky Featuring Holy Cross

08/10/2017 05:49 PM

The Holy Cross (Louisville) Cougars are getting ready for their 2017 high school football regular season.

Last year, they finished the season 7-5 overall, advancing to the second round of the KHSAA Class A Playoffs.

There is plenty of excitement surrounding the team this year too, as they have ten seniors on the roster, all of which will see playing time in 2017.

“It makes a huge difference,” said head coach Bob Bronger. “When you have an all-senior team, or a large senior team, or a lot of your seniors are playing, that really, really helps.”

Holy Cross begins its season on Saturday, August 19 against Bullitt Central.
