H.S. Football | KCD Preparing for "Battle of Unbeatens"

09/20/2017 04:57 PM

The Kentucky Country Day football team is on a roll this season.

The Bearcats are undefeated on the season with a perfect 5-0 record. In fact, they have outscored their last three opponents by a combined 155 to six.

As a result of their success this year, the Bearcats are ranked third in this week’s AP Class A Poll.

The team though does have a tough test this Friday night, when it hosts another team with a 5-0 record.

Lexington Christian will make its way to KCD for a “Battle of Unbeatens.”

The Lexington Christian Eagles are ranked fourth in the state’s AP Class 2A Poll.

Kickoff Friday night is set for 7:30 ET at Monohan Field.
