H.S. BOYS SOCCER | Louisville Collegiate Named "Team of the Week"

10/19/2016 07:00 PM

The Louisville Collegiate Academy boys soccer team is this week’s cn|2 Sports’ “High School Team of the Week.”

The Titans clinched a district title last Thursday by beating St. Xavier 2-0. St. X had won the previous 10 meetings between the two schools.

Earlier this week, the Titans topped St. Francis 10-0. During that match, they broke the state record for most goals scored in a season. Collegiate is up to 153 goals made this year.

The Titans play Trinity on Wednesday evening in the Kentucky Boys Soccer Region Seven Semifinal round of the playoffs.
