H.S. BASKETBALL | Scott County, Warren Central Each Win Early Sweet 16 Games Friday

The 2018 Whitaker Bank / KHSAA Boys’ Sweet Sixteen State Basketball Tournament continued on Friday afternoon with a pair of quarterfinal round games inside Rupp Arena.

In the first game of the day, Scott County topped Corbin 73-62.

In the second game of the day, Warren Central beat Pikeville 74-57.

Scott County will play Pikeville in one of the tournament’s semifinal round match-ups on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. ET.
