HS BASKETBALL | Dieonte Miles is taking Walton-Verona to new heights

01/20/2017 07:00 PM

Sophomore center Dieonte Miles played on the freshman team last year, averaging 10 points per game but rarely seeing any minutes when he dressed for JV or Varsity games. Over the summer, Dieonte grew three inches to his current height of 6’8 and worked hard on improving his offensive game.

Dieonte is leading the Bearcats in scoring, but his Coach has called him a “hidden secret” of Northern Kentucky boys’ basketball… thought he won’t be for long.
