02/17/2018 07:21 PM

WKU’s Lady Tops won 77-50 over Marshall Saturday despite having a slow start offensively. Head Coach Michelle Clark-Heard and Senior Ivy Brown discuss the team’s 20th win this season.

Ivy Brown scored 26 points with 10 rebounds and 5 steals. Senior Tashia Brown put up 21 points and also had 5 steals. Freshman Raneem Elgedawy scored 12 points with 10 rebounds.

This was Coach Clark-Heard’s 150 win as the Lady Toppers’s head coach and she did it quicker than anyone in the program’s history except for Paul Sanderford who coached Clark-Heard when she played for WKU.

WKU (20-6, 11-2) is at the top of the C-USA Conference standings. They will play their last home game of the season against Charlotte on Friday.
