FC CINCINNATI | Kadeem Dacres excited for different perspective in rivalry

04/20/2017 07:45 PM

The River Cities Cup Rivalry starts year two Saturday evening when Louisville City FC heads to Ohio to play FC Cincinnati.

This year is different from years past however, because each team features players that have spent time on the rival team.

Kadeem Dacres is just one example. The FC Cincinnati forward spent the past two years with Louisville City, but made the move to Cincy in the offseason.

However, he will not be able to play in the first game of this year’s rivalry cup after being issued a red card in FCC’s draw against Tamp Bay on Wednesday. None-the-less, Dacres is excited to see his old teammates, and knows his new squad has a big challenge on their hands.
