The University of Louisville has gotten the better of the University of Kentucky in the annual Governor’s Cup football game the past few seasons. Moving the game to the final week of the year has officially placed the game in “Rivalry Week,” and has raised the stakes for the two teams in the last two meetings.

The annual Governor’s Cup luncheon took place in Frankfort earlier today, and it was a chance for the two team’s coaching staff’s to meet in a friendly environment, and address the state of their teams.
