Deion Branch inducted into UofL athletic Hall of Fame

Deion Branch played wide receiver at UofL from 2000-2001 after transferring from Jones County Junior College. In just two seasons, Branch climber into the top 10 all time Louisville receiving yards. He was a two-time All-Conference USA selection and helped the Cards pull in two Conference USA championships.

Branch was selected in the second round of the 2002 NFL Draft by the New England Patriots, the team where he would earn Most Valuable player in Super Bowl 39.

He was inducted into the UofL Athletic Hall of Fame as part of homecoming weekend.
