Covington Catholic hopes early losses will pay late season dividends.

At 15-6, Covington Catholic has a poor record by school standards. However the reason for that mark is strategic scheduling. The Colonels came into the season with a young squad, so to get them prepared for the long road ahead, Head Coach Scott Ruthsatz made sure the schedule was full of extremely challenging opponents. As Kaci Kust reports, the strategy is paying off.
