As reported by CBS’s Gary Parrish, former UofL recruit and current Ohio State freshman JaQuan Lyle, confirmed in an interview with NCAA investigators “the gist of allegations,” against UofL the arose after the release of Katina Powell’s book.

Parrish’s source said Lyle “told the truth.”

The book titled “Breaking Cardinal Rules: Basketball and the Escort Queen,” is written by Powell, a self-proclaimed escort who says Andre McGee, the former U of L director of basketball operations, paid her for escort services, including her three teenage daughters.

McGee, through his lawyer Scott C. Cox, has denied the allegations.
