BLUEGRASS SPORTS | Breaking Down the Big Stories This Week

07/06/2017 02:28 PM

One can argue that once the summer rolls around, the sports scene calms down.

That is not the case in the Bluegrass.

There are still plenty of stories to discuss, three of which were brought up on Thursday’s edition of “Sports Night.”

ESPN Louisville’s Jason Anderson joined Andrew Chernoff to talk about some of the big sports stories of the week.

One of the topics addressed was Louisville football and how the Cards’ will look during the 2017 season.

ACC Football Kickoff Media Days are set for next week.

UK football also is in the spotlight next week as the Cats take part in SEC Media Day.

Future Kentucky Wildcat quarterback Jarren Williams is creating a lot of buzz as well for UK.

And finally, Anderson talked about how he thinks former UofL guard Donovan Mitchell is playing in the Utah Jazz’s Summer League:

Andrew Chernoff
