BELLARMINE BASKETBALL | Multiple Knights Earn GLVC Honors

Six Bellarmine Knights earned postseason honors from the Great Lakes Valley Conference on Tuesday.

BU Head Coach Scott Davenport was named GLVC Coach of the Year for the fourth time in his career.

Meanwhile, Jarek Coles was named GLVC Defensive Player of the Year, becoming the third straight Knight to take home that honor.

Others who earned recognition from the conference include:

Adam Eberhard – First Team All-GLVC
Brent Bach – First Team All-GLVC
Parker Chitty – GLVC All-Defensive Team
CJ Fleming – GLVC All-Freshman Team

The Knights enter the 2018 GLVC Basketball Championship Tournament as the number one seed. They will face eight-seeded William Jewell on Friday at 7 p.m. ET.
