The Atlantic Coast Conference announced today that Louisville Slugger Field will host the 2017 ACC Baseball Tournament.

The tourney is set to take place from May 23rd to May 28th.

The conference championship was originally supposed to be played in Durham, NC, but was moved by the ACC.

This will be the first time the state of Kentucky has hosted the ACC Baseball Tournament.

Slugger Field opened prior to the 2000 baseball season.
