The Louisville football program announced that it closed its 2018 National Signing Day with one of the best recruiting classes in program history. Back in December, UofL inked 19 players during the early signing period. On Wednesday, it added two more recruits. The two new future Cardinals are safety Marlon Character and running back Javian Hawkins. Character comes to the Cards from Northwest Mississippi Community College. The Louisville men’s basketball team was hoping to snap a two-game losing streak on Monday night inside the KFC Yum! Center. Instead, the streak increased to three games. UofL ATHLETICS | Mark Jurich Leaves Athletic Department

The University of Louisville has confirmed to Spectrum News that Mark Jurich has left the UofL athletics department. Jurich is the son of former Athletic Director Tom Jurich and served as the department’s Senior Associate Athletic Director for Development.
