The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series drivers get to enjoy a “break” for at least a little bit. The series held a race this past weekend in Charlotte, N.C. and will wait to race again on June 8 in Fort Worth, Tx. ThorSport Racing driver and Louisville, Ky. native Ben Rhodes is currently fourth in the points standings. He is 79 points behind points leader Johnny Sauter. The Louisville Cardinals are getting ready for the 2018 ACC Baseball Championship. The Cards (40-16, 18-12) enter the tournament as the No. 5 seed and will begin its pool-play schedule Wednesday at 11 a.m. ET against No. 9-seeded Wake Forest (25-30, 13-17). Louisville will then face No. 4-seeded Duke (39-14, 18-11) in a pool-play battle on Friday at 11 a.m. ET. Should UofL win its pool, it would advance to a four-team, single-elimination bracket. UofL men’s tennis players Parker Wynn and Christopher Morin-Kougoucheff are finishing up final preparations for next week’s NCAA Doubles Championships. The duo will be taking part in the competition, which occurs May 24-28 in Winston-Salem, N.C. Wynn and Morin-Kougoucheff have appeared in the ITA National Doubles Rankings all 10 weeks they were eligible. The Louisville Sports Commission and members of the 2012-2013 UofL men’s basketball team announced on Thursday the “Rise Above: 2013 National Basketball Championship Five-Year Reunion Celebration.” The event will take place on June 29 from 6-8 p.m. ET at Fourth Street Live!
