VIDEO REPORT: The House Appropriations and Revenue Committee passed a 282-page budget bill Tuesday (plus a five-page amendment) in less than an hour.
In fact, lawmakers spent nearly as much time calling the budget names while explaining their votes as they did debating what was in it.
