The Chatter: Priebus out, Russia preemptively responds to U.S. sanctions and North Korea

John Kelly was sworn in as President Donald Trump’s new chief of staff Monday morning. Kelly left his position as head of the Department of Homeland Security after a Friday evening shake-up in the White House. The President announced on his Twitter account that Reince Priebus was out and Kelly was in. Before joining Trump’s team, Priebus was the Republican National Committee chair. He was selected as Trump’s Chief of Staff because of his ties with the GOP in Washington.... Read more
