A federal judge will soon rule on the ACLU of Kentucky’s motion to temporarily suspend the state’s new pre-abortion ultrasound law after hearing arguments from both sides on Thursday. The ACLU of Kentucky and EMW Women’s Surgical Center in Louisville sued after House Bill 2 became law in the opening week of this year’s 30-day legislative session.
