School districts throughout Kentucky preparing for "Walkout Wednesday"

School districts throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky are preparing for hundreds of students to walk out of class on Wednesday, as part of “Walkout Wednesday,” a national movement to protest gun violence. Students are walking out of class to demand gun control following the deadly shooting in Parkland, Florida that left 17 dead. School districts throughout Kentucky have varying support for the event.
