Confirmation hearings for President-elect Donald Trump’s cabinet picks start Tuesday in Washington, D.C.

Below is the schedule for the first week of confirmation hearings, including updates on the proceedings.

Tuesday, January 10

9:30 a.m. Senate Judiciary Committee: Attorney General nominee, U.S. Senator Jeff Sessions, R-Alabama.

3:30 p.m. Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee: Secretary of Homeland Security nominee, retired General John F. Kelly, USMC.

Wednesday, January 11

9 a.m. Senate Foreign Relations Committee: Secretary of State nominee, Rex Tillerson.

9:30 a.m. Senate Judiciary Committee: Attorney General nominee, U.S. Senator Jeff Sessions, R-Alabama.

10 a.m. Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee: Secretary of Education nominee, Betsy DeVos.
*This confirmation hearing has been moved to Tuesday, January 17 at 5 p.m.

10 a.m. Senate Intelligence Committee: Director of the Central Intelligence Agency nominee, Mike Pompeo.
*This confirmation hearing has been moved to Thursday, January 12 at 10 a.m.

10:15 a.m. Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee: Secretary of Transportation nominee, Elaine L. Chao.

1 p.m. Senate Intelligence Committee: Closed hearings for Director of the Central Intelligence Agency nominee, Mike Pompeo.
*This confirmation hearing has been moved to Thursday, January 12 at 1 p.m.

Thursday, January 12

9:30 a.m. Senate Armed Services Committee: Secretary of Defense nominee, James N. Mattis.

10 a.m. Senate Intelligence Committee: Director of the Central Intelligence Agency nominee, Mike Pompeo.

10 a.m. Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee: Secretary of Housing and Urban Development nominee, Dr. Benjamin Carson.

10 a.m. Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation: Secretary of Commerce nominee, Wilbur L. Ross Jr.

10 a.m. Senate Foreign Relations Committee: Secretary of Defense Nominee, Rex Tillerson.
