Paul says Medicare debate needs to happen and wealthy should have to pay more

Republican U.S. Senate candidate Rand Paul said Sunday that Democrats have unfairly pounced on his comments about raising Medicare deductibles.
In fact, he added, wealthy people — including his Democratic opponent Jack Conway and software magnate Bill Gates — should have to pay more.
