Md. Gov. O'Malley: Paul Ryan seemed Palinesque, 'looked scarily uprepared' to be VP

DANVILLE — Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley was among the first national Democratic surrogates to enter “spin alley” as Thursday’s vice presidential debate ended.
He not only praised Biden’s performance but described Republican candidate Paul Ryan as someone who “looked scarily unprepared to be vice president” and who gave a performance similar to Sarah Palin in 2008.
