Leading lobbyist Bob Babbage says that Democrats have work cut out in trying to recapture governor's office in 2019

ERLANGER – If Kentucky Democrats want to have a shot in the 2019 gubernatorial election to unseat Republican Gov. Matt Bevin, they better start getting a consensus on candidates as early as this year.
