After taking the top spot for two years in a row, Kentucky placed second in Site Selection magazine’s Governor’s Cup awards in per capita development projects. Gov. Matt Bevin’s office announced the magazine’s rankings in a news release Thursday. Kentucky was edged out by Nebraska in the per capita category despite having more than twice as many qualifying projects as tracked by Conway Projects Database.
