House Judiciary considers bill banning certain types of abortions

FRANKFORT – A bill which would prohibit an abortion of a pregnant woman that would result in the bodily dismemberment of the fetus is scheduled to be discussed once again after adjournment, and may be voted on by the House Judiciary committee later on Tuesday. House Bill 454, sponsored by Rep.
