'Fair tax' is the latest issue to pop up -- unexpectedly? -- in Senate race

Republican U.S. Senate candidate Rand Paul is receiving praise from his former campaign manager, David Adams, who is now the strategy chairman for a national group advocating for the elimination of federal income taxes.
Meanwhile, Democrat Jack Conway is using that praise to draw attention to the tax proposal, which he says would harm lower income Americans and seniors on fixed incomes. Here’s Pure Politics‘ report:
