GOP leader John Boehner travels to Lexington to support Andy Barr

The man who hopes to be U.S. House Speaker said he is confident a wave of Republican enthusiasm will help sweep Republicans, including Andy Barr in Central Kentucky, into office.
Republican House Leader John Boehner of Ohio spoke to a crowd of Republicans at the Fayette County GOP office in Lexington Saturday.
Barr is challenging Democratic U.S. Rep. Ben Chandler, who is seeking his fourth full term. The race has tightened to within four points, according to the latest cn|2 Poll.
