'Embarrassing' meltdown in legislature reaffirms need for new leaders, Trey Grayson says

The governor and legislative leaders have embarrassed Kentucky by failing to get all their work done during the regular legislative session and for the child-like squabbling between Gov. Steve Beshear and Senate President David Williams, said former Republican Secretary of State Trey Grayson.
