BOWLING GREEN – Western Kentucky University has named Dr. Timothy C. Caboni as the schools 10th president. The 47-year-old Caboni, currently Vice Chancellor of Public Affairs at the University of Kansas, will replace current president Dr. Gary Ransdell, who will retire this summer after 20 years as WKU’s president.
