How to Apply:
Via Voting Machine:
Not all absentee voting must be done as a mail-in or hand-delivered ballot. A voting machine at the county clerk’s office is available 12 or more working days prior to Election Day for those qualified to vote absentee via voting machine.
Voters can also vote via voting machine if they are a precinct election officer appointed to serve in a precinct other than their own.
For presidential elections only, voters who change their place of residence to a different state while registration books are closed there can apply to vote mail-in or via voting machine
