Consultant gets five-years for participation in kickback scheme with former Personnel Cabinet Secretary Tim Longmeyer

Lawrence “Larry” O’Bryan has been sentenced to five-years in prison for his participation in bribing a public official and his role in a kickback scheme with former Personnel Cabinet Secretary Tim Longmeyer. District Judge Karen K. Caldwell sentenced O’Bryan, 57, for convictions on three counts of bribery concerning a federally funded program.
