WINCHESTER — President Trump signed an executive order last week to stop supporting the cost-sharing subsidies that reimburse insurers for reducing co-pays for low-income Affordable Care Act enrollees.

The executive order is one of several steps the White House is taking to essentially dismantle the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare.

Spectrum News reporter Richard Essex spoke with residents in Clark County on Monday about how the move could impact health insurance in that community.
