Bevin says it's up to lawmakers for sports betting

LEXINGTON- Gov. Matt Bevin, R-Kentucky, says it’s up to the Kentucky General Assembly to allow sports betting in the commonwealth. This comes after the United States Supreme Court ruled Monday the 1992 Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act—which outlawed betting on sports in states—was unconstitutional.
