Beshear, House Democrats call for permanent drug treatment fund

FRANKFORT— As Attorney General Andy Beshear, D-Kentucky, seeks to hold pharmaceutical companies responsible in court for Kentucky’s opiate crisis, he wants to make sure all settlement funds go towards funding treatment. House Bill 219, filed by Rep.
