Beau Biden: Dad was having fun in debate, was in command of facts

DANVILLE — While Republicans described Vice President Joe Biden as being overly aggressive during Thursday night’s debate, Biden’s son chalked it up to his day “enjoying himself” and trying to correct the record.

Beau Biden, the attorney general of Delaware, spoke with Pure Politics’ Jacqueline Pitts and other reporters on spin alley after the vice presidential debate between Biden’s father and Republican candidate Paul Ryan. The younger Biden also dismissed critique from GOP surrogates, such as Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul, that his father smiled like a Cheshire cat.

Beau Biden also took questions about his upbringing from a Norwegian reporter.

The out right lies Beau’s old man told about Libya will blow up next week when Obama and Romney meet for round two. Doesn’t the foreign policy genius Biden see that that the intelligence community is leaking all over the place about not taking the fall for the brutal murder of an American diplomat. And foreign policy genius Raddatz was amiss in not calling out Biden on his obvious lies. It was CNN jounalists who found the Ambassador’s journal where he expressed fear for his life and the lack of security he was provided. This could even decide the election if the Obama administration doubles down on blaming others for their incompetence.

Uh oh, mouthpiece Jay Carney is now “clarifying” that any warnings about the Libyan security environment might have been made to the State Department, but that the President and Vice President were not informed of any such concerns. Do these two guys think that dumping on Hillary is a good strategy? Do they really believe that she wants Obama to win a second term? Really? Really?
