Beau Biden: Dad was having fun in debate, was in command of facts

DANVILLE — While Republicans described Vice President Joe Biden as being overly aggressive during Thursday night’s debate, Biden’s son chalked it up to his day “enjoying himself” and trying to correct the record.
Beau Biden, the attorney general of Delaware, spoke with Pure Politics’ Jacqueline Pitts and other reporters on spin alley after the vice presidential debate between Biden’s father and Republican candidate Paul Ryan. The younger Biden also dismissed critique from GOP surrogates, such as Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul, that his father smiled like a Cheshire cat.
Beau Biden also took questions about his upbringing from a Norwegian reporter.
