Adkins predicts more political 2011 session won't yield major reforms

With a governor’s race that includes the incumbent and the Senate president as participants, the 2011 session will likely take on a more political tone than usual, House Democratic floor leader Rocky Adkins said.
Adkins, of Sandy Hook, talked about what he hopes still could get done during the 30-session that begins in January.
