Wiggins Classification Decision To Come In Next Month

07/16/2012 07:51 AM

Andrew Wiggins currently tops the 2014 rankings and, according to some, is the best high school player in the country. And for the dozens of schools trying to land the services of the Canadian small forward, there’s at least a chance that he could be in their starting lineup a year early.

Rumors have circulated that Wiggins is eyeing a possible reclassification to join the 2013 class and KSTV confirmed last night through someone close to the Huntington Prep star that a decision to reclassify will come within the next month. The source said, as of now, he’s planning to remain in the class of 2014, but if that changes, it will happen by the second week of August.
