What does the future hold for Michael Kidd-Gilchrist?

Michael Kidd-Gilchrist’s NBA career has been marred by injuries since he was drafted second overall in the 2012 NBA draft. Since 2013, MKG has missed time for eight different injuries, ranging from a broken hand, to a hamstring strain, to a torn labrum. Over the weekend, MKG was in Lexington working a camp on UK’s campus. He discussed his health, saying he feels 100% ready to go for the season. We discussed his future in the NBA.
