Taking a closer look at Kentucky football's spring practice

03/06/2017 05:33 PM

Kentucky football coach Mark Stoops met with the media this afternoon to discuss Kentucky’s spring practice getting underway. The team held its first practice on Sunday afternoon.

Kentucky is coming off of one of its best seasons in recent memory. The Wildcats finished the season 7-5, falling to Georgia Tech in the TaxSlayer Bowl on New Year’s Eve. The end of the regular season was capped off with a 41-38 shocking win over No. 11 Louisville.

UK is now preparing for its Blue-White spring game. The game will be held at Commonwealth Stadium on Friday, April 14 at 7:30 pm.

TJ Beisner and Bradley McKee discussed their expectations for the football team this spring.
