UK Football Hosts Annual Women's Clinic

Nearly 300 women participated in UK football’s annual women’s clinic Saturday in the Woodford Reserve room at Kroger Field.

In it’s 17th year, the women heard from coaches and learned different football terms, watched film, did give-aways, watched a fashion show with the players and heard from kicker Austin MacGinnis, before taking the field to go through some drills.

Wide receivers coach Lamar Thomas was on hand to talk to the ladies, and spoke with KSTV afterward. He said he wasn’t surprised a bit by the turn out from the women of the BBN.
