Taking a look at Kentucky's mindset heading into the Eastern Kentucky game

09/05/2017 04:35 PM

Mark Stoops isn’t worried that his team will overlook FCS-opponent EKU on Saturday. The last time the two teams met was in 2015. Kentucky had to rally from a 14-point deficit to win 34-17 in overtime.

“It’s very easy for us to get their attention, because it’s really always about us,” Stoops said during Monday’s press conference. “It was about us last week. We said that last week. It’s about us and how we play. It’s the same this week, and it’s always going to be that way. We have great respect for everybody we play.”

TJ Beisner and Bradley McKee discuss Kentucky’s mindset as they prepare to face Eastern Kentucky on Saturday.

Kickoff for Saturday’s game is at noon. The game will be televised on the SEC Network.
