Takeaways from Kentucky's 69-48 win over Michigan State

The Kentucky basketball team showed why they deserve to be ranked No. 2 in the nation last night, as they dismantled No. 13 Michigan State 69-48. The Wildcats were led by freshman Malik Monk, who scored 23 points and made 7-11 three pointers. Isaiah Briscoe also had a strong performance, scoring 21 points for the second straight game.

The Kentucky defense forced Michigan State into committing 20 turnovers and shooting 32% from the floor.
