Stoops not pleased with Day 3 effort

News surrounding the UK Football team has been positive since the team took the field earlier this week to kick off their fall camp. But today, the team’s first practice in full pads was anything but inspiring.

The early-morning practice was a sluggish one. No energy. No effort. The team came out flat, and head coach Mark Stoops was not pleased. Lack of leadership and focus in the early-morning setting is likely to blame for the dismal performance, but Stoops and players know they need to correct it fast if they hope to improve upon last year’s 2-10 record.
